Property Co-ordinator for Lincoln Methodist Circuit

Salary from £18,000 to £20,000 per annum depending on experience
for a 20 hours week

Can you provide professional support to trustees of local
churches and the Lincoln Circuit in exercising their responsibilities for
building and planning for future needs? We have 23 churches in the Lincoln and
surrounding area who serve their communities as well as their own
congregations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual
who is keen to provide practical support in property and related matters.

The employment is for a 20-hours a week although flexibility
will be needed to accommodate different priorities of the role. The annual starting salary will be from £18,000
to £20,000 per annum depending on experience full time equivalent annual rate
from £33,300. The working base is the
Circuit Office in Lincoln but working with trustees across the greater Lincoln
area is expected. The appointment has
secured funding for 3 years.

You need to be able to deliver what others have decided and
sufficiently confident to offer advice to them. Can you work in a team and with
volunteer trustees as well as being capable of working on your own initiative?
You will have empathy with aiming to achieve our goals.
