Young people and parents reflect on their time at 3 Generate held in Birmingham in October.

"They ... said they had an amazing time and are looking forward to go back again next year. They learnt about how to have time with God in different ways and new worship songs" A parent

"I liked the arena because it helped me to connect to God better. I liked breakfast and lunch because it tasted really good. I liked performing on stage because it helped me be more confident when performing in front of a lot of people". Nana, aged 8.

"On the way to 3 Generate I enjoyed the trip especially stopping at the services to get some snacks. When we arrived at 3 Generate I enjoyed the hotdogs for dinner and the mini-rolls they served there. I liked sleeping in the tent and on the last day I really liked having the picnic at the park". Luke, aged 8.

"I really enjoyed 3Generate as I liked the way all the Methodist churches could come together. I also enjoyed the activities that were there, especially the climbing wall, meeting the therapy dogs and making a clay rabbit in the art zone. I also enjoyed the story time with Bob Hartmann as I got picked to be one of the characters in his story. I felt happy as we could all come together in a Christian community"Archie

"At 3Generate I enjoyed going up the climbing wall and petting the therapy dogs. I liked making things (crochet corner, using clay) and collecting magnets for doing different activities. We spent a lot of our spare time in the health and wellbeing area where there were lots of comfy chairs and bean bags and you could make different things (colouring in, friendship bracelets, sand art)".
