Training

The Creating Safer Spaces: Foundation Moduleusually takes place locally within circuits either face to face or online. Please contact your Circuit Safeguarding Officer for details of upcoming courses. This course must be repeated every four years unless you are required to take the Advanced module in which case you do not need to repeat the foundation.

Creating Safer Spaces: Advanced Module is organised and led by the District and needs to be repeated every 4 years.

This Connexional year you will have opportunities to update your training together in groups at a venue or in groups on line. A third option to do individual learning on TheologyX is due to be relaunched but only for those who have already done the advanced course before.

Saturday 4th July, 10am – 2.30pm at Louth Methodist Church
Wednesday 8th July, 7pm – 9.30pm – via Zoom link
Thursday 15th July, 10am – 2.30pm in the Barton, Brigg and Wolds Circuit
Tuesday 8th September, 7pm – 9.30pm – via Zoom link
Monday 16th November, 10am – 2.30pm – venue to be announced

Training Pool – a meeting of the training pool will take place on 3rd October
