The Creating Safer Spaces: Foundation Moduleusually takes place locally within circuits either face to face or online. Please contact your Circuit Safeguarding Officer for details of upcoming courses. This course must be repeated every four years unless you are required to take the Advanced module.

Creating Safer Spaces: Advanced Module is organised and led by the District and needs to be repeated every 4 years.

There are two routes to completing the Advanced module should this be required for your role. Either you need to attend a face to face session or you need to do some individual learning on a website called Theology x followed by a gathered session on Zoom.

Dates for 2025

Saturday 1st February, 10am -2.30pm at Upton Methodist Church in Epworth, Scunthorpe and Gainsborough Circuit

Thursday 6th February, 7pm-9.30pm – Zoom gathered session – prior individual learning online is also required

Wednesday 2nd April, 10am -2.30pm at Washingborough Methodist Church in Lincoln Circuit

Tuesday 3rd June, 7pm-9.30pm – Zoom gathered session – prior individual learning online is also required
