All the fun of the fair

After being unsure as to whether or not they should go ahead with a Messy Tent at Heckington Show, the Boston and Sleaford Circuits decided to step out in faith, trusting that volunteers would come forward and that the tent would be a safe success. Sure enough, volunteers signed up and the tent was once again filled with families who delighted in the various free crafts and activities which included scratch art, beading, play-dough, suncatchers and giant fishing! Parents were astonished to find that their children could take part for free. What a great way to share how much God gives us at no charge! Even after at least 11 years the Messy Tent once again proved to be a wonderful opportunity to witness to the good news of Christ through community, craft and conversation. Next year's show will take place on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th July 2023 where we no doubt hope to get messy once again.
