A celebration of Agricultural Chaplaincy

The District were delighted to host a celebration of 25 years of the agricultural chaplaincy of Rev Alan Robson in Epworth on Saturday 13th April.

Around 100 guests were welcomed and shown around the Old Rectory, Epworth and were then treated to a delicious afternoon tea, provided by Uncle Henry's, at Wesley Memorial Church.

Rev Angy Long, Chair of District, welcomed everyone attending and Rev Alan Robson spoke about his call to agricultural chaplaincy and the ongoing need across the rural community.

The Rt Revd Stephen Conway, the Lord Bishop of Lincoln, summed up the thoughts of the day with a closing prayer.
