Training

The Creating Safer Spaces: Foundation Moduleusually takes place locally within circuits either face to face or online. Please contact your Circuit Safeguarding Officer for details of upcoming courses. This course must be repeated every four years unless you are required to take the Advanced module.

There is one District led course arranged as follows:
Wednesday 14th January, 1.30pm at Louth Methodist Church

Creating Safer Spaces: Advanced Module is organised and led by the District and needs to be repeated every 4 years.

This Connexional year you will have opportunities to update your training together in groups at a venue or in groups on line. The previous individual learning through TheologyX isn't an option at the moment. Forthcoming dates are as follows with venues to be arranged:

Saturday 7th March, 10am – 2.30pm – venue to be announced
Wednesday 25th March, 7pm – 9.30pm – via a Zoom link
Monday 20th April, 10am – 2.30pm – venue to be announced
Thursday 21st May, 7pm – 9.30pm – via Zoom link
