Learning Network South East Staff Group

The Learning Network is here to support, encourage, and inspire the people called Methodists to live out our calling as we seek to be an inclusive, justice seeking, evangelistic and growing church.

Our Staff group covers Lincolnshire, Nottingham & Derby, Northampton, East Anglia, Bedfordshire, Essex & Hertfordshire, London and the South East! We work together across the district boundaries to support you, and all we do is free at the point of use!

The aligned officer for Lincolnshire District is Tim Annan.

No stranger to the district, having been born and raised here, Tim has a passion for lay ministry, children, youth, and family ministry, and encouraging the church to be a pastoral and evangelistic people! He has previously worked in the UMC and the Methodist church in the UK, focusing on youth and children's ministry. When not working he enjoys cooking, playing board games, and freelance writing; both creative writing and developing worship resources.

Please give Tim a call or drop him an email if you want some Connexional training done locally, such as Church or Circuit Stewards training, or if you want some more specialty training, such as Growth Planning or Mission Planning. He is always happy to have a conversation beforehand to ensure you all get the best out of any training! Likewise, if you're unsure where to start, he is happy to meet with you and have a conversation to work out a plan forward!
